These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of GlobalExpath, including globalexpath.com, AiThor-powered AI job-search tools, account dashboards, subscription plans, checkout, support tickets, communications, guided job-search support, Hire Me Abroad support, and any related website features, emails, content, materials, or services that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Services").

GlobalExpaths is a company brand. In these Terms, "GlobalExpath", "we", "us", and "our" mean the GlobalExpaths brand and service. "AiThor" means our proprietary AI job-search model and workflow used to assist with work abroad, remote, hybrid, on-site, relocation-friendly, international, and local job searches.

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, buying a plan, using AiThor credits, submitting information, or receiving guided support, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Cancellation Policy, and any plan-specific terms shown at checkout. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" includes that entity.

1. Eligibility to Use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, and you must be legally allowed to use the Services. The Services are intended for personal career and job-search use unless we separately approve business, employer, partner, or commercial use in writing. You may not use the Services if we previously suspended, terminated, or banned your account, unless we give written permission.

2. Accounts, Profiles, and Communications

2.1 Accounts and Profiles

Most Services require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, email, CV/resume details, experience, education, skills, preferred countries, sectors, work model preferences, salary expectations, work authorization information, and any other information needed to provide your selected plan.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account. Notify us immediately at support@globalexpath.com if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse. We may create or maintain a profile for you based on information you provide, information generated through your use of the Services, onboarding responses, support interactions, uploaded documents, and AiThor outputs.

Some features may allow you to update visibility, profile information, or preferences. Unless a specific feature says otherwise, your account information and job-search documents are not public on GlobalExpath.

2.2 Communications

By creating an account, subscribing, submitting a checkout form, or contacting support, you agree to receive service communications from GlobalExpath, including account emails, payment confirmations, onboarding messages, support replies, security notices, product updates, plan information, job-search workflow messages, and policy updates. We may send communications by email, support ticket, dashboard notification, SMS, phone, or other contact method you provide, subject to applicable law.

You may unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails through the link in those emails where available. You cannot opt out of essential service, legal, security, billing, or account notices while your account remains active.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

3.1 Your Content

"Content" means any information, text, files, CVs, resumes, cover letters, professional profiles, job preferences, portfolio links, messages, support tickets, interview notes, documents, images, feedback, data, prompts, outputs, or other materials. "Your Content" means Content you upload, submit, authorize, provide, or generate through your account.

You are responsible for Your Content and must have the right to provide it to us. You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant GlobalExpath a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, adapt, analyze, display, transmit, and use Your Content as needed to operate the Services, provide AiThor outputs, deliver guided support, improve quality, secure the platform, process payments and support requests, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

You also grant us the right to use feedback, suggestions, and ideas you provide about the Services without obligation to compensate you, while respecting our Privacy Policy.

3.2 GlobalExpath Content and Limited License

The Services, AiThor workflows, software, templates, designs, databases, branding, logos, text, UI, processes, training materials, strategy frameworks, support resources, and other materials we provide are owned by GlobalExpaths or our licensors. Subject to these Terms and your active plan, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal job-search purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, rent, modify, scrape, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit the Services or our Content without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed by law.

3.3 Third-Party Content, Jobs, Employers, and Links

The Services may contain or refer to third-party content, job listings, employer pages, recruiter details, job boards, career websites, salary information, visa or relocation references, ads, tools, links, or external services. We do not control third-party platforms, employers, recruiters, job boards, hiring managers, immigration authorities, or their decisions. Third-party information can be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, closed, unavailable, misleading, or changed without notice.

4. Use of GlobalExpath and AiThor

4.1 Service Description

GlobalExpath provides AI-powered and assisted job-search tools focused on work abroad and international opportunity discovery. Depending on your plan, the Services may include AiThor credits, job-search recommendations, country and sector targeting, work model filters, CV/resume analysis, cover letter or recruiter message drafting, application tracking, interview preparation, profile review, guided support, and premium Hire Me Abroad strategy.

The Services are not a recruitment agency, employer, immigration adviser, law firm, financial adviser, or government authority. We do not hire you, employ you, sponsor you, issue visas, or make hiring, immigration, or relocation decisions.

4.2 AiThor and AI-Generated Content

The Services may create or assist with AI-generated content, including job recommendations, profile insights, CV or resume text, cover letters, recruiter messages, interview questions, search strategies, summaries, and other outputs ("AI-Generated Content"). AiThor may use third-party AI providers and internal workflows.

You acknowledge that AI-Generated Content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, repetitive, biased, unsuitable, or similar to outputs provided to other users. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-Generated Content before using, sending, publishing, or relying on it. You must not use AI-Generated Content to mislead employers, falsify experience, fabricate credentials, impersonate others, violate law, or submit harmful, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or fraudulent material.

As between you and GlobalExpath, you own your original inputs. To the extent recognized by applicable law, you may use AI-Generated Content created for you through your account for your personal job-search purposes, subject to these Terms and third-party rights. You do not obtain ownership of AiThor, our models, prompts, systems, workflows, or platform technology.

4.3 Profile Visibility, Support Interactions, and Authorization

Information you provide for onboarding, support, or guided services is used to provide the Services. If you ask us to review, edit, or prepare your CV, LinkedIn profile, recruiter message, cover letter, interview answers, or job-search strategy, you authorize us to process the information necessary to perform that work. If we ever offer direct application submission on your behalf, it will require separate express authorization.

4.4 House Rules and Prohibited Uses

You agree to use GlobalExpath only for lawful job-search, career, and account purposes. You must not:

• create false accounts, impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, credentials, employment history, education, licenses, work authorization, or location;
• upload or submit content you do not have the right to use;
• use the Services to commit fraud, spam, phishing, harassment, discrimination, abuse, illegal activity, or intellectual property infringement;
• submit malware, scripts, bots, scrapers, automated agents, or tools that burden, mine, copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Services;
• resell, lease, sublicense, share, or commercially exploit your account, AiThor credits, outputs, or Services without written permission;
• use the Services to create fake applications, fake references, fake work authorization, fake salary data, fake documents, or misleading employer communications;
• submit unnecessary sensitive personal data, minors' data, or another person's private information without authority;
• circumvent security, usage limits, credit limits, checkout controls, subscription rules, or access controls;
• use AI-Generated Content for adversarial, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, or harmful purposes;
• violate these Terms, applicable laws, or the rights of GlobalExpath, users, employers, recruiters, job boards, or other third parties.

4.5 Actions We May Take

We may remove content, reject requests, limit usage, suspend features, reduce visibility, pause support, cancel subscriptions, terminate accounts, block access, refuse service, or report activity where we believe there is breach, abuse, fraud, security risk, chargeback abuse, unlawful activity, or harm to GlobalExpath, users, employers, providers, or third parties.

5. Plans, Payments, Credits, and Assisted Services

5.1 Plans

GlobalExpath may offer plans such as Explorer, Volunteer, and Hire Me Abroad. Plan names, features, credits, pricing, billing periods, support levels, and limits are shown at checkout or on the Pricing page and may change for future purchases or renewal periods.

5.2 Payments and Subscriptions

By purchasing a plan, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the displayed amount, applicable taxes, renewal charges, and any approved upgrades or add-ons. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or other payment gateways. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.

Subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal. Cancellation rules, refund limitations, annual plan commitments, and delivered digital service rules are described in our Cancellation Policy.

5.3 AiThor Credits and Fair Use

AiThor credits or usage allowances are digital service units that may be used for AI-powered features. Credits may expire, reset, be limited by plan, or be subject to fair-use and abuse controls. Used credits are not cash, stored value, gift cards, or transferable property.

5.4 Guided and Premium Support

Guided Job Search and Hire Me Abroad include human-guided support within plan limits, team availability, working hours, response times, and reasonable use. We may assign support team members, prioritize by plan, and determine the appropriate method of service delivery. Guided support helps with strategy, positioning, preparation, and search organization; it does not replace your responsibility to review, approve, verify, and decide how to use the materials.

6. Employers, Recruiters, Job Boards, and Third-Party Platforms

GlobalExpath may help you discover or prepare for opportunities hosted by employers, recruiters, job boards, career pages, ATS providers, or other third parties. You are responsible for reading and complying with the terms and privacy policies of any third-party platform you use.

Employers and third parties decide whether to receive applications, review profiles, schedule interviews, make offers, sponsor visas, support relocation, or proceed with hiring. We are not responsible for employer actions, third-party platform failures, closed listings, rejected applications, scams, interview conduct, job offer terms, relocation promises, or any decision made by a third party.

If you are an employer, recruiter, advertiser, agency, partner, or business user, you may not use GlobalExpath to post or promote false, discriminatory, unlawful, misleading, fee-charging, exploitative, pyramid-style, spam, or non-compliant opportunities. We may remove or reject any business content or relationship at our discretion.

7. Enforcement, Copyright, and Legal Requests

We may review, remove, restrict, or preserve content and account information where necessary to operate the Services, protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, prevent fraud, or respond to legal process. We may disclose personal data when required by law, valid legal process, government request, payment dispute, fraud investigation, safety concern, or as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you believe content on GlobalExpath infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights, contact support@globalexpath.com with enough detail for us to investigate. We may request additional information before taking action.

8. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GlobalExpaths, our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, providers, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Services, Your Content, your breach of these Terms, your misuse of AiThor or AI-Generated Content, your violation of law or third-party rights, your false or misleading information, or your interactions with employers, recruiters, job boards, or other third parties.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, available in every country, compatible with every device, or free from inaccuracies. We do not warrant that AiThor or AI-Generated Content will be accurate, complete, current, suitable, lawful for your specific use, or accepted by employers or third parties.

GlobalExpath does not guarantee employment, interviews, employer responses, job offers, salary increases, visa sponsorship, work permits, relocation, immigration approval, or hiring outcomes. We provide tools, guidance, search support, content assistance, organization, and preparation. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your background, market conditions, employer decisions, timing, legal eligibility, competition, and third-party platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobalExpath is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages; lost opportunity; lost income; lost data; reputational harm; employer decisions; third-party failures; AI errors; payment provider issues; or job-search outcomes. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to GlobalExpath in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Termination

These Terms apply while you use the Services and, for registered users, while your account exists. You may stop using the Services or request account deletion, subject to retention required for law, accounting, security, disputes, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your account or access to any part of the Services for any breach, risk, non-payment, chargeback abuse, fraud, security issue, legal requirement, or discontinuation of the Services.

Termination does not affect provisions that by nature should survive, including ownership, licenses needed for prior operation, payments due, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity, dispute terms, and legal compliance.

11. Changes to These Terms or the Services

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Services. If a change materially affects active users, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you by email, dashboard notice, website notice, or other appropriate communication. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

We may change, pause, replace, or discontinue features, providers, plans, prices, AiThor credits, usage rules, content, support workflows, or availability. Material plan changes will apply according to applicable law and the relevant subscription cycle.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact support@globalexpath.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. Include your account email, a description of the issue, the relief requested, and any relevant documents.

Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the Services, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring claims in another jurisdiction. If you are a business user, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Where permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, representative, or consolidated action. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

13. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Cancellation Policy, plan details, and any written agreement signed by us, form the entire agreement between you and GlobalExpath about the Services. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect and the invalid provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, change of control, or by operation of law. The English version of these Terms controls; translations are provided for convenience only. Section headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
